By downloading, installing or using Mimoo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Mimoo for non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and app store rules.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Mimoo offers free and premium features.
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew according to your plan until cancelled.
• Refunds are governed by Google Play policies.

Virtual content

Fish, items and game progress are licensed digital content, not physical goods. We may balance or update game mechanics.

Acceptable use

You must not cheat, exploit bugs, harass others or use the service in ways that harm or disrupt it.

Intellectual property

Mimoo artwork, music, code and branding belong to their owners. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Mimoo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may modify these terms or the service. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance.
